Hand Simulator Survival is about surviving on a desert island with simple tools and hands. The player will need to extract resources, build shelters and weapons, search for food and water, and fight with wild animals. Controls are hand-operated – each finger on the keyboard is responsible for a specific action. The game is implemented a system of hunger and thirst, as well as various diseases that can affect the health of the character.
